Getting to and from the Valley can be quick and easy! The Valley is right off I-94, accessible by the MCTS Bus Routes, and hosts Bublr Bike Stations at City Lights Brewing Company and American Family Field.

Valley employees make a difference! Employees can become land stewards through a Stew Crew that helps keep the Valley beautiful or volunteer to mentor local students about future careers through the Valley Career Discovery Initiative.

Through the Career Discovery Initiative, Valley employees give tours, speak on panels, and connect one-on-one with students to showcase pathways to meaningful careers nearby. This includes Career Days in Manufacturing, the Trades, and Engineering, as well as Young Women in STEM programming that highlights pathways for female students to jobs in fields where women are traditionally underrepresented.
