Through the Career Discovery Initiative, Valley employees give tours, speak on panels, and connect one-on-one with students to showcase pathways to meaningful careers nearby. This includes Career Days in Manufacturing, the Trades, and Engineering, as well as Young Women in STEM programming that highlights pathways for female students to jobs in fields where women are traditionally underrepresented.
